Thomas Amar-Aigbe (DJ Sose) was born on the 5th of June, 1981 in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria to a Nigerian father and a Hungarian mother. As a little boy, the sounds of music managed to intrigue him so much that he seriously started to think of it.

His preference wasn’t devoted to one genre as he was exposed to great diversity of sounds from hip-hop to classical, rock, afro beats and even EDM.

He spent his early life in Nigeria before moving to Europe. After living in Europe for two years, he moved to the United Kingdom. During the 12 years he lived in the UK, he got a Diploma in Film & Video Production at Cavendish College and a BSc degree in Business Information Systems at the University of Hertfordshire.

Entertainment Career

On completing his studies, DJ Sose got a job at an IT company but later abandoned it to concentrate on his music career. His success in several music projects further motivated him into turning his music passion into a profession.
