She was the winner of the Most Outstanding Actress Indigenous in 2018, and the AMVCA Best Local Language Yoruba in 2015.

The actress is of a Delta State descent, but was born in Ikeja and attended both the Maryland Primary School and Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School in the state.
She has a diploma certificate from the Kwara State Polytechnic and has starred in, as well as directed and produced a lot of Nigerian movies.
