You Dey Mad! Reekado Banks Set To Release Diss Track For Fellow Singer, Wizkid

Barely 3 weeks ago, in the heat of the #EndSARS protests, Reekado Banks had faced a huge attack from Wizkid for trying to release a song the both of them worked on together. While no one could tell what the bone of contention at that point was, or whether the beef eventually got settled, Wizkid deleted the tweet after a few hours and Reekado Banks is yet to make a statement on it.
Reekado Banks took to his Twitter to make the announcement for the new song, You Dey Mad which he tagged timeless.
In his words, 'anyone who wants to add to our problems in this critical time should shut up, they are mad!'.
“You dey mad” is a timely song because it can serve as a response to external pressure and unsolicited opinion. We are dealing with a lot already, anyone that wants to add to our problems can literally shut up right? They are mad, U DEY MAD”.
He also made a tweet about it;
While he is yet to speak on whether it is a diss track or not, his fans have taken to the previous situations to link it to his colleague.
The song will be released on the 27th of November, while the EP will come 7 days later.
