According to the rumors, they aided in the embezzlement of funds by a ponzi scheme or something, I can't recall exactly the news I saw.
Funny enough, people were spreading it around without any top media source posting it.

The news has gotten to the management of the bank and they replied in an email newsletter this morning, assuring their fans and users they are not going naywhere, forever.

It has come to our attention that there is a rumor circulating that we are shutting down. 

This is NOT true. 

There has been no threat of a shut down. We will be here tomorrow, the next day, next week, next month, next year, forever
