Born in the year 1980, Abdulrasheed Bawa is a Deputy Chief Detective Superintendent Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Bewa originally hails from Jega local government area of Kebbi State. He had his primary education at the Model Primary School Birnin-Kebbi Road, Sokoto and secondary at the Government Secondary School, Owerri.
Abdulrasheed Bawa holds a degree in Economics from the Usmanu Danfodio University, Sokoto, and a Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy from the same institution.
He is one of the pioneer EFCC cadet officers, Course One 2005, and is a trained economic and financial crimes investigator.
