Fr. Mbaka Replies Garba Shehu, Warns The Presidency About Speaking Against The ‘Man Of God’
May 03, 2021Popular Nigerian cleric and the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Rev Father Ejike Mbaka has finally responded to the presidency. Recall that the presidential spokesman, Garba Shehu had earlier alleged that Fr Mbaka had demanded contracts from President Muhammadu Buhari, while linking Mbaka’s recent comments against Buhari, to the allegation, that Buhari had rejected Mbaka’s request.
Mbaka, once a strong supporter and campaigner for President Muhammadu Buhari, had come under fire from the presidency recently when he called for Buhari’s resignation or impeachment.
While reacting to Garba Shehu’s allegations, the Enugu-based cleric described the allegations as laughable and warned the presidency not to speak against him, stating that anyone who does so, speaks against God.
He also pointed out that the presidency lied against him, stating that those he took to the president, never demanded contracts from Buhari, rather offered to help Nigeria in the fight against insurgents and terrorists.
Mbaka described Garba Shehu as a shame to himself and those he represents. Mbaka went on to state, that he pays direct salary to about 23,000 people on a monthly basis, and had no need for contracts from Buhari.
