UMYUK Katsina Bans Graduation Sign Out Celebration On T-Shirts

The management of the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina (UMYUK) has banned the signing out on T-shirts by graduating students with immediate effect. The information was contained in a circular from the office of the Dean of Students’ Affairs dated June 24, 2021, and signed by the Dean, Mustapha Bala Rumah.
The circular reads: “The Management of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University has observed with dismay, the way graduating students are celebrating their exit after their final examinations especially the signing out on the graduation T-shirts.
"Consequent upon that, the University Management has banned the signing out on the T-shirts from the graduation celebration. Please be informed that appropriate sanction will be taken against defaulters of the above.
