Gregory Ikechukwu Ibe was born on the 10th of December, 1963 in Kaduna where his parents lived. He hails from Uturu, in Abia State Nigeria.Ibe attended Boys High School, Ihube, Imo State; School of Accountancy and Management Studies, Aba, Abia State and Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu.
In 2003, he bagged his Master’s degree from the California Coast University, Santa Ana, California and a Doctorate degree in Management in the year 2006 from the same institution.

Chief Gregory Ibe is a successful entrepreneur and politician who is focused on improving the educational standard in Nigeria.
