‘bottle water vs cutlass’ Nigerians React to The Arrest Of #EndSARS Protesters

Popular Nigerian social media influencers and celebrities have taken to Twitter to comment on the recent arrest of the #EndSARS protesters. Recall that Nigerian youths earlier planned to protest at the Lekki toll gate over the people that were reportedly killed during the October 2020 nationwide protest that lasted for weeks.
Some Nigerians, including the popular comedian, Mr Macaroni were arrested today and taken to a yet-to-be-identified location.
In footage shared online by actor, Yomi Fabiyi, Macaroni is seen without a shirt crammed with other arrested protesters in a small bus. Some of the protesters had their hands tied behind their backs.
The video, and other photos that have emerged generated negative reactions from Nigerians, who condemned the police for subjecting the protesters to such terrible conditions.
